Gossip bloggers have compared Roc Nation‘s new ”it” girl, Rita Ora to label mate Rihanna since she entered the game and the comparisons have yet to let up as fans constantly try to decide whose the better diva. While the two artists share similar styles, there is a clear distinction to what they bring to the table artistically. Last night, an annoyed Ora exclaimed via Twitter: “If it ain’t one girl, its another, when are they gonna shut up writing the same stories. I’m BORED.” Point well taken, now back to Party & Bullsh*t.

Rita and Rihanna aren’t label mates. Roc Nation is Rita’s label, Island/Def Jam is Rihanna’s, she’s managed by Roc Nation. I don’t think any artist likes to be directly compared to their contemporaries, so I understand her irritation. Plus it just breeds drama from these kids on twitter , attacking the girls, etc. they may look similar-ish (as do TONS of gals all over Instagram) but they don’t have similar musical styling at all.
