There are no “girls” on the list — only grown women. I realize it’s a take-off on the BGR program but I don’t think we actually need to see these women referred to as girls just like we don’t need the men to be referred to as “boys”. Congrats to Bey, Rih and Sade (especially Bey who was on maternity leave… – her version anyway!).

Shut up. You are mad for nothing. Whether girls or women, they are winning and that’s all that matters. Bitch ass.

Beyonce being on the list most have to do with her many business ventures: clothing lines fragrances, and endorsements, and money from music that shes still collecting. So people are giving her way too much credits when they say, oh she was home being a wife, mother….or the so-called break .

Beyonce being on maternity leave says a lot however you want to look at it. Even though she release her album “4″ she really didn’t promote it to the fullest and still came out on top. With her making 40 million alone for really sitting home, I’ll take her job anytime. Now with a new album in the works and tours to come about(still don’t think she’ll do a major world tour) but will tour some UK cities/states like maybe the O2 arena/Japan/London/Rio etc. I hope her/Jay collaborates on several records so they in tune can tour together for this new album.
